My next door neighbour got some drums for Christmas and decided to put them in his room which shares a wall with my bedroom.  He’s trying to learn by putting on a track and attempting to follow the beat, but still doesn’t seem to have grasped the concept of 4-4, or any regular time signature for that matter.  When they have band practice it’s worse.  Then it’s a whole room full of people that don’t know how to play instruments and hearing the same riff for 40minutes, out of key, off beat, it’s simply impossible to listen to without going insane.

I’m of the honest opinion that military services would be interested in this group as part of their rendition programs.  After respectfully informing him that I think it’s out of order for them to have drum and band practice in a bedroom, he kindly informed me that its unfortunate for me that I live next to a house full of musicians.

Musicians…at least he’s got a sense of humour.
